About the Role
Garantell is seeking a proactive and people-focused Sales Office Manager to lead our sales support and technical teams. This is a key leadership role focused on building a high-performing, customer-centric culture while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strategic alignment across multiple countries.
You’ll report to the VP Sales Northern Europé and collaborate closely with sales units, technical departments, and group functions to ensure operational excellence and team engagement. This position is an on-site, full-time position located in Värnamo.
What You’ll Do
As Sales Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing a diverse team across sales support and technical functions. You’ll foster a positive and inclusive culture where people feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.
You’ll coordinate sales activities across countries, acting as a central point of contact between sales units and support functions. Your role will include overseeing HR-related matters such as absence planning, hybrid work arrangements, and team development, while also supporting budget tracking and resource planning.
In addition, you’ll manage the technical department to ensure it delivers world-class service to internal stakeholders. You’ll continuously monitor and improve processes to enhance responsiveness, accuracy, and collaboration across teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance strategic thinking with operational execution, always with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.

- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including international exposure

- A strategic mindset and solid business acumen
- Experience in HR-related topics within a sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused approach and a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to manage change and drive results across teams and regions
