About the Role

Troax is seeking a strategic and analytical Product Manager – Racking to lead our racking product portfolio across the EMEA region. This is a key role focused on shaping our shelving, divider, and anti-collapse product offering, driving product development, and supporting commercial success.

You’ll be responsible for managing the product roadmap, pricing strategies, and technical documentation, while collaborating closely with sales, operations, and global product teams. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, profitability, and long-term growth.

In this role, you’ll report to the Product Management and R&D Director, EMEA, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the region and globally. Success will be measured by your ability to optimize the product portfolio, drive innovation, and support sales and marketing efforts. Location for this position is Värnamo. 

What You’ll Do

As Product Manager – Racking, you’ll take ownership of the product line and lead its strategic and operational development.

• Manage and evolve the racking product portfolio and roadmap
• Define pricing methodologies and conduct financial analysis
• Ensure technical documentation, certifications, and compliance
• Support sales and marketing with product positioning and value propositions
• Drive market, customer, and competitor intelligence
• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT
• Contribute to product quality and efficiency and lead the processes required for standards compliance

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a product leader with a strong mix of analytical thinking and commercial acumen.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in product management
• Industry experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or intralogistics
• A degree in Engineering or Business
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization

Experience with product pricing, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. You should be comfortable working with data, driving product strategy, and supporting sales teams with insights and tools.
