About the Role
Troax Denmark is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Danish sales company. This is a key leadership role focused on strengthening our market position, driving profitable growth, and building long-term customer relationships across Denmark.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for translating the Nordic and global Troax strategy into actionable plans tailored to the Danish market. You will lead a small but dedicated sales team, ensuring a proactive approach to both existing and new customers.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with your Nordic colleagues, as well as with EMEA functions within Troax. Success will be measured by your ability to grow sales, expand market share, and build a high-performing team culture.
What You’ll Do
As Sales Manager Denmark, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Danish sales team
- Drive growth across all Troax product segments: Machine Guarding, Warehouse Partitioning, and Property Protection
- Strengthen relationships with key customers while developing new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to sharpen our competitive edge
- Collaborate with Nordic and EMEA teams to align sales strategies and share best practices
- Ensure strong performance in sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability
Location
The role is located in Copenhagen and you reports to our Managing Director Nordics.
We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a commercial leader who is ready to take ownership of the Danish market. You might already be an experienced Sales Manager, or you could be a Senior Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or District Sales Manager looking to step up into a leadership role.
You bring:
- Solid experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial, warehouse solutions or safety-related products
- A strong track record in developing and growing customer relationships
- The ambition and potential to lead and coach a team, even if you haven’t held a formal manager title before
- A proactive, structured, and result-oriented mindset
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken); additional Nordic languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within Denmark and occasionally across the Nordics
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is considered an advantage and at least five years of experience in a similar role within an international environment, where you have developed strong cross-cultural communication skills and solid business acumen. A valid driving license is also required for this role.
