At Troax, we are taking CRM beyond data entry to make it a critical growth tool. This role defines the global CRM strategy, builds frameworks for sales, marketing, and customer service ensuring that the regions have the tools and training to succeed. By connecting customer data to everyday decisions and developing the CRM platform accordingly, you will help the business improve lead generation, sales growth, and customer experience.
Your new team
Your new team is both global and regional. You will be part of the Group Marketing function while collaborating closely with superusers, sales managers, and marketing specialists across EMEA, US, and APAC. Together, we deliver commercial impact through CRM excellence. We improve ways of working, build frameworks, and empower regions to succeed locally within a global structure.
About the Role
As Global CRM Excellence Lead, the role owns Troax’s CRM strategy and drives adoption across the Group. It’s about translating business needs into actionable platform improvements, building scalable frameworks and enabling regional teams. You lead platform development projects, governance, training, and performance tracking—ensuring CRM delivers real business value.
- Define and execute the global CRM roadmap
- Lead cross-functional development and rollouts
- Build and support a global superuser network
- Monitor adoption, data quality, and KPI performance
- Act as platform owner and manage vendor relationships
The role can be located from one of our major European offices—such as Birmingham, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Milan, Jönköping, Gothenburg, or remotely from Sweden. This role reports to the VP of Marketing & Communication and collaborates across regions.
We´re looking for
You have minimum 5 years of professional, international CRM experience – strategic & operational - and project management, preferably within B2B and with an excellent understanding of industrial buying cycles, lead management, account planning, customer service needs and KPI design. Furthernore, you have experience of leading projects in complex, decentralized organizations globally, with ability to align and inspire cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
We expect you to have a University Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Information Systems, or related field required.You have extensive experience in any of the leading CRM platforms such as HubSpot, SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics etc . Currently we are using Super Office. Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
