About the Role

Troax Spain is looking for a strategic and driven Business Line Manager (BLM) to lead our Active Safety product line across Spain and Portugal. This is a key leadership role focused on expanding our footprint in the region, nurturing existing customer relationships, and driving innovation through new product introductions.

You will be responsible for translating the global Active Safety strategy into actionable plans tailored to the local market. As the business grows, so will your team—comprising dedicated sales and technical support professionals under your leadership.

In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across Troax—especially the Active Safety global product line, our Spanish sales unit, and colleagues throughout EMEA. Success will be measured by how well you grow sales, strengthen customer relationships, and bring our strategy to life through clear, impactful execution.

What You’ll Do

As Business Line Manager Active Safety, you’ll be at the heart of shaping our future in Spain and Portugal. You’ll lead sales growth by strengthening existing relationships and opening doors to new customers. Working closely with our global product line and Troax Spain, you’ll tailor and execute strategy to fit local needs.

You’ll also ensure smooth product launches and build a capable support team for technical solutions and troubleshooting. Managing performance metrics like revenue, pricing, and delivery will be part of your day-to-day, along with fostering strong customer satisfaction. As the team grows, you’ll recruit, coach, and lead with a focus on excellence and collaboration across departments. And of course, you’ll uphold our standards for safety, ethics, and compliance.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our global Active Safety team, the Troax Spain sales unit, and colleagues across EMEA. Success will be measured by your ability to grow sales, build strong customer relationships, and turn strategy into action.

The role requires frequent travel across Spain and Portugal, especially in the first two years. The role is based near Girona or Montornès del Vallès to stay close to our teams and gain product insight.

We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with solid experience—at least 10 years in the field, including 5+ years in business development and leadership. You’ve successfully grown revenue in emerging segments and hold a degree in Engineering or Business. You’re a confident leader, skilled at managing teams and navigating matrix organizations.

Your background includes relevant industry experience of forklift, warehousing, intralogistics segment within any sector, or industrial safety—ideally with active safety technologies like sensors or cameras. You’re strategic, hands-on, and fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of business operations.
