About the Role

Troax Spain is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Line Manager (BLM) to lead our Service product line across Spain and Portugal. This is a key leadership role focused on expanding our service offering, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering operational excellence.

You’ll be responsible for executing the global service strategy locally, managing a growing team, and ensuring that our full-service portfolio—including training, audits, and technical support—is delivered with high quality and efficiency.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the global Service product line, the Troax Spain sales unit, and colleagues across EMEA. Success will be measured by your ability to grow service revenue, deliver high customer satisfaction, and turn strategy into action through effective execution.

What You’ll Do

As BLM Services, you’ll take the lead in growing our service business in the region. You’ll maintain and expand existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities to introduce our service solutions. Working closely with the global service product line and Troax Spain, you’ll adapt and implement strategy to meet local market needs.

You’ll also oversee the delivery of our full-service offering, ensuring smooth execution and high customer satisfaction. Managing performance metrics like revenue, pricing, and delivery will be part of your daily work, along with building and leading a capable service team. Cross-functional collaboration and a strong focus on compliance and safety will be essential to your success.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a leader with a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You bring at least 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in business development and leadership roles. You’ve successfully grown revenue in emerging segments and hold a degree in Engineering or Business.

Your background includes experience in manufacturing, warehousing, intralogistics, or industrial service delivery. You’re confident managing teams, influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization, and driving service sales and operations. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a strong business mindset.

You are comfortable with tools like SAP, Salesforce, or ERP systems and have also experience of working with lean, continuous improvement. You should be open to travel and have a valid driving license. Location for this position is preferably Barcelona, Spain.
